Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located one level home. Within Walking Distance to the Greenway & Deer Park and only 2 Blocks to Lee University. Convenient to I-75 and Chattanooga is only 25 minutes away with the Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers approximately 15 to 20 minutes distance. Our home is close to the Omega Center and the Tri-State Exhibition Center. Our cozy home is completely fenced and small dog friendly.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025David's cottage was perfect for our stay in Cleveland. The location in/near the Historic District was a bonus we didn't expect. I love the way the cottage has been renovated to an updated modern look without compromising the charm of an older home. We also really appreciated the fenced in back yard for our dog. Little things like the snacks and bottled water certainly were not necessary but let us know how much our hosts wanted us to enjoy our stay. The best review I can give is that we have already booked this cottage again for our return to Cleveland in the fall.
