There's a private dock here as well if you're bringing your water toys with you! Guests may use the uncovered portion of the aluminum dock, which accommodates vessels up to 30'. Please note that the property owners' private watercraft is occupying the covered portion of the docks shown in the photos and will not be moved; the watercraft is not considered part of your rental and must not be tampered with. brbrThis serene retreat is only 5 minutes from the Watauga Lake Winery, the charming Watauga Lake Mercantile, and Villa Nove Vineyards, making it easy to explore the best of Butler, Tennessee. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under Tennessee law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.brIf any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.brbrAdditional Notes and Rules:br- The exterior of the home and parking area is monitored by security cameras. br- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. br- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice or at the time of booking. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. br- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing any pets to the home.br- Check in is after 4pmbr- Checkout by 10ambr- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. br- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.br- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.br- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.br- 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all mountain homes - it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. br- Host is not responsible for items left in the home. br- The driveway and entry is monitored by security cameras for safety. There are no cameras near the decks or hot tub.br- Guests returning to Sweet Water Escape may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.br- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.brbrCANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
