The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and an additional sitting space for 4 more that makes for a perfect place for game nights! The main living and dining space opens up to the sprawling back deck with outdoor dining space for 6, a gas grill and Adirondack chairs that will quickly become a favorite spot to enjoy your morning coffee. brbrUp just a few stairs to the master retreat complete with a KING master bed and private bath with dual vanities, jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. A custom walk-in closet was just updated May 2020. brbrDownstairs from the main living space is the additional 2 guest bedrooms. Both QUEEN bedrooms that share another full bath with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Down one more short flight of stairs, you will find the basement game room with additional living space, sleeper sofa, another stone fireplace, pool table, game table, bar and additional fridge. The laundry room is also on this level. brbrOff the basement is the screened porch with outdoor lounging space and hammock. Stairs from there take you down to the lake and dock. The fish that congregate there in the water are my pets and love to be fed. Guests will see bass, crappie, carp, catfish and turtles. brbrFishing charters are available upon request through Bucktail Guide Service. You will have this home all to yourself. This charming home has just been renovated inside and out, including a brand new dock with easy access angeled ladder and swim seat! The kitchen is fully stocked for even the most avid chef. New linens will be provided and many extras in case you forget even the minor things. There are 3 nice size private bedrooms. The primary has it's own lakefront view and access to the rear deck, and a full size bath with double vanities and full standing shower. The 2nd bedroom, located next to the hall bath has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom, located on the opposite side of the hall bath has charming twin beds. All beds have new mattresses and linens. The great room serves as both a den and dining area. There is a pull out sofa with a queen size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The dining table is set up to seat 6, and an additional leaf and chairs will expand to seat 8. Additional dining can be found on the expansive deck through the sliding doors off the great room. This fun outdoor area has poly resin Pub height swivel chairs and matching table along with a cantilever umbrella to protect you from too much sun. In the kitchen, any chef will find all the tools needed to make almost any dish if they prefer to cook at home while on vacation. There is a lake view even from the large kitchen. There is a seperate laundry room with new washer and dryer for your use. The sprawling level back yard is partially shaded and perfect for outdoor games (corn hole game provided). The boat dock is there for your use for swimming and docking of your boat. (Owners boat is not for use that is housed on the dock). This property does NOT allow pets or smoking.

Welcome to The Pink House. brbrSitting atop 4 acres, this three story home is set up for family and friends to get together and enjoy the weekend, holidays or a long weeks get away. The main living area is an open concept with a big farm house dining table for all your meals and card games. The home comes with all kitchen accessories and linens. ***updated appliances and havent updated the pictures yet***. The back porch has spectacular views of Little Beaver Creek on Lake Hartwell and only minutes from Portman Marina. Clemson is only 19 miles or 28 minutes from here and with the house accommodating up to 16 people, this would be the perfect place to host a football weekend. Guests are more than welcome to bring a boat. Apple Island landing is right around the corner as is Broyles. The basement has two sets of bunk beds with its own full bathroom. The main level has the master suite off the living room with a king bed and its own full bathroom. ***updated shower and tile but no updated photos yet***. The third floor has 3 bedrooms with a combination of a queen bed, king bed, two single beds and two double beds. Also two full bathrooms as well. There is a total of 11 beds that sleeps 16 heads comfortably. A few disclosures: The house will be equipped with one set of toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival but due to bad apples in the past we don’t keep a supply on hand. Guests will need to purchase extra if needed. Soap and shampoo is also not provided as well as any laundry suplies. Please bring your own or purchase. Lake levels are beyond our control. Sometimes the water is up beyond the catwalk due to heavy rain fall and sometimes it’s a bit lower due to the Corps of Engineers needs. We try our best to “chase” the levels but it’s hard to keep up sometimes. It is also beyond our control on the yard crew. They come every two weeks and they may areive while on your stay. Early check ins and late checkouts are available for an additional charge and when the schedule permits it. We try and accommodate the best we can.
