This gorgeous fully renovated house is for you! Over the last year we have poured our heart and soul into making this the perfect property for the entire family. Oak View Inn is conveniently located next to our incredible wedding venue (Aurora Farms) that we had built in 2017. Oak View Inn was renovated to accommodate everything that your entire family will need, whether your family is getting married at our venue or you just need a place to stay right in the middle of everything. The home was originally built in the 1940s and was right in the middle of a horse farm. This quiet slice of old living has been fully updated with everything that you need for an incredible stay. The property was a horse farm for the majority of its life. When we purchased the property in 2016 there was a full 25 horse barn, a horse racing track, and an oversized covered horse riding arena. We wanted to keep that awesome feel of the horse farm, while updating it to a completely modern farmhouse feel. brbrOak View Inn is a 3 story house with enough space for everyone. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, including the master, and 2 very private bathrooms. The kitchen comes straight from your dreams. It has all brand new appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, ice machine, multiple coffee machines, and a drink refrigerator. All of the hardware and faucets are new and beautifully matched to the charm of the kitchen. There is 2 dining rooms connected that can seat your entire party of 22. The entire first floor has freshly redone original hardwood flooring that brings the entire first story together. There is an oversized front porch that is completely covered and screened for your enjoyment. The overly comfy chairs out there will have you losing time and forgetting about all of your worries. There is also a patio of the back of the house connected to the kitchen. The back patio is the perfect place to enjoy your afternoon and eat dinner with the family. The old pecan tree is in direct line sight for your enjoyment. There is seating for 12 for everyone who wants to enjoy their dinner outside with a beautiful view. There is also a large family room for everyone to get together and enjoy a movie by the fireplace. brbrThe second floor has 4 of the 8 bedrooms. The real highlights of the second story is the game room and bridal suite. The game room is a perfect place for all of the guys to hang out and just have a relaxing time. The game room includes a bar that goes the entire length of the room to accommodate everyone. Whether your enjoying watching the huge flat screen tv, playing one of the many games on the arcade machine, or just playing a game of 8 ball on the pool table, there is something for everyone today. Don't forget to grab an ice cold drink in the 50s inspired fridge while enjoying all of the amenities in the game room. The bridal suite on the other hand is ideal for all of the women to come together and pamper themselves. The cosmetic bar and mirror stretch most of the room making for a fantastic experience getting ready together. Two closets come together to give everyone enough room and create a fairytale get together with everyone. The best part is the private bathroom that resides in the bridal suite. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.brbr- Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 14, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation.
