This comfortable convenient apartment is on a 2 acre lot even though its in town, it feels like its not. There's a gym, soccer complex & recreation center within walking distance with tennis and ice skating. Nice parks close. We are 5 miles from downtown Greenville & 5 from Greer. Convenient to Michelin, BMW & 5 hospitals. Easy drive to several State parks and the mountains. The apartment is attached to a private house where 2 quiet adults live. It is completely closed off frommain house. No smoking or heavy scents are used or can be used by tenant due to allergies. You can see a dirt drive to the back of the property, but the drive from the house to the street paved. There's a bistro set on the deck, charcoal grill and seating on patio. There are 2 TVs with high speed internet Prime, Hulu,Paramount plus, Netflix & more. Lots of utensils, dishes, microwave, double hotplate, toaster oven/air fryer, electric skillet, pressure cooker, coffee maker, pots and pans, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies Housekeeping and wash and fold laundry services available as an extra. There is a washer dryer combo in my closed in porch that you can use. Downtown Greenville is straight down my road. Our downtown is one of the best in the country!
