This home is one of the only properties on the entire lake with a lake view from the front of the home and from the back of the home, since it is situated on a narrow strip of land between two coves!brbrThe front of the home has extensive landscaping, great curb appeal, a two car garage, and plenty of parking for additional cars and boat trailer.brGuests entering the home are greeted with a towering two story great room with a wall of windows highlighting the expansive view of Lake Keowee. This room has plenty of seating, with two couches, a plush chair, and cushioned ottoman. The focal point of the room is a 20 foot tall stacked stone fireplace with gas logs. There is also a large flat screen tv with surround sound above the mantle. The area is an open floor plan with the kitchen open to the great room and dining area.brThe gourmet kitchen is very well stocked and large, with plenty of room for multiple cooks. Custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a large refrigerator will help you to feel right at home. There is a large dining table with seating for 8, with additional seating for 5 at the oversized bar area.brThe main level features two master bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds and large private baths. Both rooms are very large, and the larger bedroom on the lake has a desk area and expansive views of Keowee. Outside the great room is a large covered deck overlooking the beautifully manicured back yard, private dock, and lake. This area is protected from sun, and has fans and lights, so you can enjoy it any time of day or year!brbrThe second floor contains an open loft area with a panoramic lake view and a queen bed and comfortable sofa. The upstairs also has a full bath and a huge separate bedroom with two queen beds and lake views from both the front and back! There is also a charming balcony on this level on the front of the home with big water views of the bay outside the front of the home.brbrThe terrace level features a huge recreation room, with pool table, 75 inch flat screen Sony HDTV, leather sofas and chairs, game tables, and an expanded wet bar with second large refrigerator and sink and cabinets. This level also has another large master bedroom, identical to the main floor but with a queen bed, with private bath and lake views. In 2022, we also add an extra bedroom with 2 queen beds!brbrOutside the terrace level recreation room is perhaps one of the greatest lakefront backyards on the entire lake! There is a huge comfortable outdoor sectional sofa area leading out to a huge stone patio. To the right side of this patio is a wood burning stone fireplace , additional gas heaters. Firewood not provided, but available at grocery store and Dollar General 3 minutes away. There are 7 Adirondack chairs situated around the fire, great for evening drinks and conversations reliving the adventures on the lake. This area leads to a sun deck with several adirondack chairs. Stepping off the stone patio, there is a stone walkway leading to your private deep water dock! This dock has a 7000 pound boat lift and two jet ski ports, and is available for your private use for the duration of your stay. Dock also has several Polywood adirondack chairs for soaking up the Lake Keowee sun. The cove has a big water views, but is recessed enough so there are very fews waves and little boat traffic. Perfect for floating in the water or lounging on the dock!brbr Most lots on Keowee are very steep, with dozens of steps to the lake level, but this lot is almost completely flat, with a nice grassy area for playing games and zero steps to the lake area!brbrWhile this home is brand new to VRBO, we have been managing our other Keowee properties for years, so you can find comfort in reading our hundreds of 5 STAR reviews from our other properties. 6 Bedrooms and 3 docks on a Lake Hartwell cove, 3 miles from Clemson by water.

We fell in love with this house because it is very secluded, yet close to everything. Roughly 3 miles by boat from Clemson and Death Valley (about six miles by car), and a similar distance to all the big stores in Seneca, directly on a quiet small cove on Lake Hartwell. Serene and peaceful, it boasts over an acre and a half of pristine woodland and is directly across the Keowee River from the Clemson Experimental forest where there will never be houses. There are three docks on property, the largest one with the roof was installed new in July of 2021 and two newer rollaways to chase changing water levels. Most of the year, the sun rises directly over the lake and the views from the second story deck, master bedroom, and downstairs bedroom are absolutely spectacular on clear mornings. brbrThe main house was renovated in late 2020 / early 2021 with the removal of popcorn ceilings and old wallpaper, brand new kitchen appliances, huge new TVs (including an 82 4K in the great room/dining room), front load washer/dryer, new mattresses and linens, dual hood grill, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, paint, etc - before putting it on the market for rentals. For most renters, the highlight is the great/dining room with a massive 13' long bespoke oak table and huge windows overlooking the water. The attached screened in gazebo (directly off the breakfast nook, with benches and a large table) is ideal for quiet work, reading, or just sipping wine and listening to the sounds of the woods and the lake at night. Multiple decks with rocking chairs and tables, as well as the fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs make for a great place to relax and catch up with friends and family. brbrIn May of 2021, the upstairs and downstairs of the three level detached garage was professionally renovated to allow for two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, second laundry area, and a kitchenette. Downstairs (below) is a billiards/ entertainment room with 8' oversized Olhausen pool table, huge leather sectional couch, and a massive 85 4K Samsung TV. In total, the bedrooms are as follows:brbr1 King Master Bedroom with Bath (upstairs, main house)br1 Queen Bedroom (upstairs, main house)br1 Bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 trundle pull out twin beds (upstairs, main house)br1 Bedroom with both a King and Queen Bed (downstairs, main house)br1 King Bedroom (new area above garage)br1 Queen Bedroom (new area above garage)brbrIn addition, there is a queen murphy bed in the gameroom (main house) and the foldout sectional in the billiard hall (below garage). brbrIn addition to the three docks on the property, this rental comes with two sit-in kayaks (rated up to 275 lbs), two Stand-Up Paddleboards (adult), several inflatables, and some basic fishing gear for lake exploration (at your own risk, of course). Stand up paddleboards in the quiet of dawn is a nearly religious experience. If you bring your own boat, there is a landing less than 1/2 mile away (at Lawrence Bridge), but you can leave it tied to any the docks. brbrOne negative worth mentioning to everyone is that the property is on an incline to the water, so there are a lot of stairs and the driveway is very steep. If you are unable to negotiate a staircase without a railing, this might not be the best property for you. On one icy occasion (freezing rain), it was completely impassable even with all wheel drive. This is obviously extremely rare for the area, but it is worth mentioning. Please take caution, particularly with the eldery or those who can't traverse stairs. br

We feature very deep water with a very large covered dock that easily holds three boats. Each bedroom has amazing views of Lake Keowee.
