The open concept kitchen allows the entire group to be together for gatherings, whether they're kicking back in the living room, helping out in the kitchen, or setting the table for dinner. The dining table seats 8 and is situated beside large windows facing the lake. On the first level, you'll find 2 bedrooms. The master suite features a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. With the windows in this bedroom, you'll never miss a sunrise! The en-suite bathroom features his and her sinks, a stand-in shower, and a tub. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest`s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. You must receive owner approval to have more than 2 pets on the property. Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house.
