This house was the ideal spot for a group of friends reuniting for Clemson Homecoming! There was ample space for hang-outs (both inside and out), more than enough bedrooms, and a fabulous view of the lake. The house was the perfect distance from campus and had everything we needed for the weekend. Steve was very kind and super responsive when we had questions about a a later checkout. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would stay again and recommend to any family member or friend.

It was a great place for a large family. We loved the area it was so peaceful and beautiful. The house was large and had a lot of great space like foosball, pool table, a fire pit. We had a wonderful time. The only complaint is we had a lot of cleaning up to do before family arrived.

Met my extended family here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time! The house and detached garage offered so much space for our family of 16. We enjoyed the pool table room every night and the large table was great for accommodating all of us for meals and games. We enjoyed the dock and lake access as well. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night. The property is close to Clemson and we visited the botanical gardens which is only a 10 minute drive. Steve was very friendly, heloful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend this property!

Great house for a big group. We had a great time. My wife and I are kids some of their friends for a fun Clemson weekend on the lake. Hope to return.

We comfortably fit 9 adults and 5 kids. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras were provided, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils etc. quiet neighborhood. The docks were great! Grandkids had a blast swimming in the cove. Great communication with the owner

Very nice place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and the table in the dining room was big enough and then some for all the family. Views were awesome and it was very quiet cul-de-sac. Found it much easier to back down driveway as it is steep all the way down. Mother in law suite above the garage was perfect for the older kids with a pool table downstairs below the garage. The large table will provide the setting for every family gathering. Perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

This property has so much room! Loved the dining room table - great for games and meals. Screened-in porch was wonderful for early mornings and late nights. The garage apartment was nicely done and QUIET!

This property was phenominal. Even better than the pics. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out and not be in each other's way. I took my salon staff for a team development trip

Few issues prevented it from being good: WiFi wouldn’t work in the garage building or bedrooms, the garage (which was advertised to be able to park in) was full of clutter and the trash cans hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests, and the kitchen cabinets/drawers needed a full overhaul, organization, and cleaning. Lastly, slow drain (shower) and some mold in downstairs bathroom.

House is nice, description accurate about the walk from the house to the dock, not for any mobility issues.Fire pit setup great, kids did s’mores every night.

I can't speak highly enough of the property or its owners. They are amazing hosts. The property is gorgeous and well stocked! We were not wanting for anything and the area is quiet with great lake access! We will definitely be back!

Awesome house, awesome location, awesome service from the owner! Beautiful location with plenty to do, proximity to Clemson. The only drawback was that there was some cleaning that still needed to be done after check-in, but this issue was minor and quickly remedied. Definitely will be back!

We laughed, cried, danced, rested, and left feeling truly transformed. If you’re looking for a setting to host deep work, sisterhood, or soul play — this is the place. We’ll be back.

Roughly ten colleagues and I were in Clemson for a business event. We could not have found a better property. The accommodations and service was first class. The property provided everything we need to work, rest and socially connect. I highly recommend this place. It would also be a great property for a family or friend gathering.

Our stay was just fantastic! This lakefront property is beautiful and was very clean. Perfect for large family gatherings with plenty of space & fun activity amenities (water boards, game tables, and more. We just wished our stay could have been longer. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The property was clean, loaded with everything you need, and gave our large group room for privacy along with lots of time together around the beautiful dining table, the fire pit, and the pool table. Awesome stay and the host was wonderful to work with. Beautiful lake views as well!!

We stayed as three families over Christmas and it was magical. Perfect amount of space for all of us. The wood burning fireplace was awesome and they even had it decorated for Christmas. The host was amazing and very informative. Extremely attentive. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was an excellent property! We needed a large place for our family stay during our daughter’s graduation. This checked every box. Even my 80 year old dad enjoyed a game of pool in the game room. Our host Steve was very responsive and helpfully. Hope this property is available when our youngest graduates in 2027!

We enjoyed our stay! The long table was perfect for a large group to eat and hang out. There was plenty of space for our large party. Instructions were great. Owner responded quickly when we thought we had a problem with one of the faucets. Turned out to be user error. Will be back.

Plenty of room. Plenty of needed extras a large family would require. Had Christmas tree so our kids could feel like it was Christmas.

I brought down 13 friends from Boston to come see a Clemson football game. It was an absolute blast, check in was super easy, Steve was very communicative, and this is the 2nd time we've stayed at this location. I can't imagine a better lake side getaway for a college football game.

We had a lovely time! Steve was very responsive and alerted us early when they’d lost power during the hurricane. It all worked out in the end! Perfect distance from Clemson to have a reunion with alumni.

Property was great, far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet yet easy to get to town if needed. Great location on in a quiet cove. We arrived a few days after the hurricane so things were still in cleanup mode. House comfortably slept all 13 of us. Owner contacted us to make sure things are going well, and to see if we needed anything.

The house was as advertised. Unfortunately, we lost power our first evening due to hurricane Helene so a proper review would be difficult. I will say working with the owner was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this house.

The group of friends who gathered were from SC and GA. This was the perfect location, size and lay-out for our time together. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location, very roomy, Garage accommodations were outstanding especially the downstairs basement with 80 TV & pool table. The screened in porch was very peaceful & relaxing.

You’ll get lots of exercise going up and down the stairs. The kids loved the water mat. The pool table room was nice and cool. The large dining table was great for doing puzzles and games. Friends and family enjoyed being off to themselves in the house over the garage.

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed both the home and the lake! Would highly recommend this property for a large family! Truly a great vacation experience!
