The unit's southeast orientation provides the perfect venue for peaceful sunrises over the ocean and offers some much needed shade from the hot afternoon sun.brbrYou will love the newly remodeled eat-in kitchen. It's a great place for gathering friends and family while cooking or enjoying a meal. Or relax in the spacious living room on the all new comfy furniture.brbrThe primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, dedicated work desk and an en suite bath with double vanities and shower with rain head. Xanadu II is a concrete mid-rise building with much wider rooms and huge balconies that just aren't possible with wood construction. What this means is you will be comfortable no matter where you choose to spend your time while vacationing, be it in the expansive living room, the large bedrooms or the oversized kitchen. There's even a laundry room with full size washer and dryer (not a cramped closet with a tiny stacked one piece laundry unit). Even the water heater is full size, so no running out of hot water when everyone showers after coming in from the beach.brbrPlease note the following:br1) Xanadu Sands is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING property for non-smoking/non-vaping guests.
