15th Floor End Unit with 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. Great views from the wide balcony and dining room bay window. Flat screen smart TV in the living area and flat screens in all other bedrooms. Sectional in the living area with great views of the ocean with seating for 10 or more in the living room comfortably. The 4th bedroom is set up like a bunk room for young adults and kids with 2 queens and 2 twin bunks. Three dressers were added to this room to allow for plenty of storage space for up to 6 people. Great reviews from renters on this change as a bunk room and eliminating the uncomfortable queen pullout in the living area. Sleeping is for 12 people with everyone having a comfortable bed. This condo is located in the popular Windy Hills area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, oceanfront pool, children's pool, lazy river and fitness center are on site. Big Green Eggs are available for your grilling needs (please use the proper charcoal). Walkable to several restaurants and convenience stores.brMultiple elevators to reduce wait time, full size washer and dryer within the condo. With every kitchen appliance you may need from waffle makers and blenders to crock pots. Convenient area under the building to unload right by the elevators to make your move in hassle free. We purchased this condo in November 2015 and continue to update. Recent updates include, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and back splash in the kitchen, new large flat screens in living area and bedrooms, fresh paint, restocking the kitchen annually, stainless steel appliances and furniture on the balcony. We have owned a number of condo’s in North Myrtle Beach, and this remains our favorite. Wood laminate and tile through out the condo. brWe also allow our renters to use the beach chairs, toys and unbrellas located in the owners closet outside the condo. We try to keep 10-12 chairs and tons of beach toys for the younger kids available for your use. We have used the same cleaning company for over 10 years and we have the condo inspected by a separate group to insure the condo is properly cleaned. The beds will be made with towels provided, the condo will be ready for your vacation at the beach. Weekly rentals run SATURDAY-SATURDAY. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING BALCONIES INCLUDED.

The wide balcony overlooks the pool and is just steps across the parking lot from the wide sandy beach. Our condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! Inlet Point Villas offers wireless internet, a great outdoor pool and easy access to the beach and Inlet, literally steps away. There is drop in access for kayaks. The gated community has a resort feel with beautiful landscaping and abundant Palmetto trees. Pickleball & tennis court. Welcome to A Home in the Havens, our beautiful golf villa at the Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our villa is located in The Havens, which is one of the residential communities within the resort. We have our own community pool and barbecue area, just steps from our front door. The Greg Norman Golf Course is right outside our patio. The Barefoot Resort spa, marina, and golf clubs are minutes away. brbrOur villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot, fully carpeted spacious vacation home. We can easily fit up to a total of 6 guests in our unit. We welcome children ages 8 and above. We accept up to 2 small or medium size dogs with prior approval.brbrOur home is completely furnished. We provide everything you need for your stay: Wifi throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware, all linens and towels, beds and TVs in all rooms. Enjoy our relaxing interior of seaside colors, turquoise and light sand. Sit on the screened in patio and enjoy the views. We offer all the comforts of home just 5 minutes from the ocean and one minute from the pool. brbrOur unit is on the first floor (= ground floor - no stairs!). There is plenty of free parking. We have an en suite king bedroom with full bath and a walk in closet with views of the golf course. We also have a large bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 closets -- and -- a third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large mirrored closet. The layout is spacious and open yet the bedrooms all have privacy. We have a washer and dryer on site. There are ceiling fans in every room to complement our heat and air conditioning. brbrWe are pet friendly - most small and medium size dogs are welcome and will be right at home. Prior approval is required for all dogs (sorry no cats) due to HOA requirements. No stairs so there is easy in and out from our home.brbrOur unit is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by green trees and the landscaped greens of the Greg Norman Golf Course. Enjoy the beautiful views from our private screened in patio while you have your morning coffee or an afternoon relax. There are walking pathways all over the resort. brbrIf you love golf, then Barefoot Resort has it all: 4 championship courses including Greg Norman (right outside our door), Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye. There are practice areas, lessons, and golf packages (available on site and online).brbrJust outside the Barefoot Resort is everything you could want in a vacation paradise. If you go to the left heading north on route 17, there are excellent shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, a post office, all kinds of shopping. If you went straight ahead from the swing bridge, it is a 5 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean. The resort runs a shuttle bus all summer over to the beach - no need to take the car. If you go right at the swing bridge, you are at Barefoot Landing, a shopping and dining complex that looks like it is floating on water. Sitting by the intercoastal waterway, it is full of fun shops and great restaurants, right next to the House of Blues and the Alabama Theater. Further south, there is the Myrtle Beach Mall (check out Belk!), Tanger outlet, Pirates Cove, Wonder Works (don't miss the upside down house), water parks, Legends, and of course King Kong!. And that's all before you go to Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. brbrMyrtle Beach is highly regarded as a big golf destination, but it is also truly a great family destination. Everyone you meet here is friendly. The Barefoot Resort is spotlessly maintained and beautiful. There are golf courses everywhere, including awesome miniature golf. There are shops and restaurants and shopping for all tastes and budgets. Canada days are celebrated every year in March. Be sure to ask us about restaurant recommendations. Some of our renters never use our kitchen - too many great places to try, just minutes away. brbrOnce you come, you will want to return. Come on down to A Home in the Havens.
