The third bedroom has 2 queen bedrooms and in the fourth bedroom there is a king size bed. There is a full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space in the living room. The third and fourth bedrooms have a bathroom that connects them (Jack & Jill bath). Each bedroom has its own flat screen television. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms including the living room. All the bathrooms have granite counter tops with plenty of cabinet space and ceramic tile floors. As of November 2024 all beds have new bedspreads and there are new shower curtains, There are also new lamps in all the bedrooms. In October 2020 a new Air Conditioning / Heating system was installed. brbrWe have a laundry room with a king sized washer and dryer in the kitchen area for your convenience. There is your own large storage room just outside the front door for all your beach items so there is no need to worry about tracking sand into the condo.
