Family Friendly Condo in Oceanfront Building

Located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, the 2 BR, 2BA ocean-view condo provides the perfect location for your next getaway. Unit updated in 2020. It is located 2 miles from Barefoot Landing (over 100 shops and many dining possibilities), 10 miles from Broadway at the Beach, numerous Golf Courses, the House of Blues and The Little River waterfront with the only Casino Cruise in the Carolinas is also nearby.
The space
Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo thatis located on S Ocean Blvd. in an ocean-front building. The unit features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and dishwasher. Cookware includes a griddle, crockpot, toaster, blender, coffee maker as well as a variety of pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Free WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer are provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv with smart-tv so you can access your own Netflix or Amazon accounts, in addition to numerous free apps and cable. A DVD player is also provided. There are books , cards, board games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. There are puzzles, coloring books, and youth cards (old maid, crazy 8's...) available for the younger members of your group.

All sheets and bath/kitchen towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, dish-washing liquid, trash bags and soap.

Beach towels are not provided.

An outside storage unit is available for beach items so you don't have to carry them to the unit each time, there is plenty of room for your golf clubs also. We try to keep a variety of beach chairs and toys available for your use but they are not guaranteed. Access code will be provided upon arrival.
Guest access
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay in the unit. Access to the condo is by keypad and the access code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Free Parking on-site (2 spaces). Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed at all times. Parking violations may result in the vehicles being towed at your expense.
Other things to note
Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed.
NO pets or animals are allowed.
Maximum 2 cars allowed.
NO Smoking or vaping or use of any tobacco or marijuana products on the property (inside or outside).
