Inside boasts three bedrooms and two baths, a large living area with all new furniture and 65 TV, a fully appointed kitchen (with a dining table seating 8-10), a sunny and open sunroom, extra-large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Hargray provides both cable TV and data service. brbrBedroom DetailsbrThe Primary Bedroom has a king-size bed. It's own en-suite bathroom and an entrance leading to the sunroom. Crush's Bedroom, or the turtle bedroom, boasts a double and a twin bed. Piper's Bedroom or the sailboat bedroom, (Piper is the name of our small sailboat) has a queen bed. Both Crush'sj and Piper's bedroom share the hallway bathroom.brbrSandy Souls' Garage ApartmentbrLocated above the garage adjacent to the back porch is the garage apartment. It's home to a nicely sized apartment with a living area and full kitchen (with a full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher), bedroom with a king bed, and a full bath (the showerhead is just a tad short). brbrOutsidebrOutside has been updated with over 600 square feet of deck space equipped with flat screen TV, sitting and dining areas, propane fire pit. A large wash down patio with outdoor shower is located to the side of the house. Underneath the house is four adult bikes, beach chairs, a beach buggy, and a cooler. brbrBeach Access brbrWe are located just two blocks from the ocean. Our closest (and now favorite) access is Number 9. It is a 5-10 minute walk, bike, or golf cart ride from the house. The access has a boardwalk to the sand. There is currently no water or tidal pools between Access 9 and the ocean. Along with the primary bedroom, the upper level sleeps 6 additional people in a queen guest room and a bunk room that share a bathroom. The bunk room contains a twin bed as well as a twin over full bunk.brOn the lower level, there is an additional living area with a wet bar/coffee area as well as a 2nd dining area, a walk out to the lower patio as well as 2 additional guest rooms.
