An island paradise right where you are staying.brbrWe recently purchased this extra large beach house (2025) and had it professionally decorated! We painted, added new furniture, added more living space to the porches and decorated with many coastal touches! This house has been very popular with large groups for many years. Previously known as Invincible for over 20 years, and then again The Frippin Dawg for a past two summers (2023, 2024).brbrSeaside Beauty is an 8 bedroom/5 bathroom home in the heart of Fripp Island, that sleeps 31. The home was built with large families/groups in mind! One of the best locations on Fripp Island, this home boasts a one minute walk to the beach, and a two minute walk to the Beach Club, SandBar, Adult swimming pool, Olympic pool, Fitness center, Tennis courts, Pickle ball courts, Food courts, Ice Cream and Pizza trucks, and several shops. brbr-BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS-brOn the main floor, you will find 2 master suites with KING-sized beds with a private bathroom in each. There are 4 rooms at the front of the house (mirrored on each side). On the right side, a room with a KING-sized bed shares a bathroom with a room with 1 King size bed, and a full-size bunk beds - this is mirrored on the LEFT side of the house, as well. Each of these shared bathrooms have the commode and shower/bath separated from the vanity to allow one person to be getting ready while the others are taking showers/using the restroom. Upstairs, there is a room with a queen bed, and a large room with 2 sets of bunk beds, a queen sized bed, a 50 TV, and lots of room to play. There is a shared bathroom upstairs. The house currently sleeps 31 people. All rooms have ceiling fans for great air flow. We also have a laundry area with a Speed Queen washer and dryer.brbr-KITCHEN-brThis spacious kitchen is a chef's dream! The professional Wolf range is propane with covered burners. To make your food storage easier, the kitchen boasts 2 stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 microwaves, and a warming drawer. You'll also find a blender, toaster, and 3 coffee makers. The dining room table is a gathering place to make memories during your visit - it seats 20 people!brbr-GREAT ROOM/LIVING ROOM-brThe great room is the heartbeat of the home.
