Stayed May 4, 2025Great little place right near the beach. Easy access, clear instructions, clean property. My i ok not complaint would be I kept banging my knee on the bed frame! Was like the perfect height for a midnight trip to the bathroom knee high.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Location is perfect for everything. Pool and grounds are very nice. The air conditioning quit working in the middle of the night, which made a very uncomfortable night. Property manager was on the premises in the morning and addressed the problem. (popped a breaker) Other than that it was a wonderful few days in Folly Beach.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We enjoyed the overnighter room. It is a small room so best for a long weekend or quick stay as not a lot of room but it was perfect for what we needed. 2 nights in Folly. Pool was awesome ♥️
