Kick back in the open living room to watch the lowcountry wildlife in the river and marsh, or your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Put your legs up after a long beach day on the screen porch with a cool beverage to watch the sunset. Living room flows into the kitchen so you're never left out of the conversation. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, serveware, and appliances to create your favorite family meals.

Master bedroom suite boasts a king bed with a full, ensuite bathroom. Enjoy direct access to the screen porch. Wake up to beautiful views! Second bedroom acts as another master suite with a queen bed and private, ensuite bathroom. Kids will like staying in the third bedroom. The unique bunk bed has a double on bottom and twin on top. Final full bathroom is located across the hallway. Fresh linens and towels are provided for 6 people in the condo. Your beds will be made with clean linens upon arrival, so you can just crawl into bed after a day of traveling. If you need to do laundry during your stay, there is a full-size washing machine and dryer found in the hallway closet.

Check out the community pool to swim and catch some sun! The beach and downtown Folly Beach areas are only a few minute drive away, or you can take a stroll or bike ride just across the walking bridge to everything. Pop in and out of beach shops in the downtown Folly Beach area, explore markets (select days of week), live music, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to burgers and pizza to oceanfront, higher-end dining. Folly Beach County Park on the West End of the island has restrooms and wide beach to spread out. It's a great, easy location to enjoy your beach day! Visit the Morris Island Lighthouse beach on the far East End of the island that is absolutely photo-worthy.

Downtown Charleston is also only a 20-25 minute drive away. Charleston offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment.

Parking is free for guests staying in the Marshwinds complex. Parking passes will be provided as needed, maximum of 2 per unit. Elevator and staircases allow for easy access up to the condo. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Carts are provided by the complex management company to easily take your belongings up to your condo. Full list of condo rules & policies is provided upon check-in. Community Pool due to opens around beginning of April and closes in October, HOA determines exact dates.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, free parking, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

    Loved the condo setup. It was a corner unit on the top floor with wonderful views through the screened patio. Rooms very nice and the communication was great. Jacuzzi in the master bath was a treat. Quiet area, no loud obnoxious parties.

    It was a wonderful stay. My only complaint is the mattresses in the queen room and the bunk room could be better. Everything else was very good.

    Easy access to the beach. Parking can be a nightmare at folly during busy season. That’s anywhere tho. Quick drive to Charleston which we loved. House was roomy and comfortable. TVs could use some upgrades, but we didn’t watch TV much :)

    The rental unit was wonderful with a top floor corner location, and great screen porch. We all enjoyed it being walking distance to the beach. (of course we are an active family) The pool was lots of fun. The condo was very clean. The property manager was very responsive to one of our requests.

    My friends and I had a wonderful time at the condo. We are in our 70s and really appreciated having an elevator and carts available for transporting our luggage etc. We were told by a couple who lived in community permanently that we had the best view of the sunset in the building and it was true. The condo is beautiful. I had a small issue with the shower door in the master bedroom but it was fixed very promptly. When I visit the Charleston area again I will definitely book this condo if it is available.

    We loved our stay at Marsh Winds! The unit was convenient to Folly’sbcbx c welcoming beach, excellent restaurants, and shopping on James Island. The high top table on the porch was perfect for playing board games. The view of the marsh cfrom the porch was spectacular and the winds cool. Our week was a perfect getaway! X.
