Because we are a rural property, there is Wi-Fi but it is spotty and sometimes doesn’t work and unless you have AT&T, you will not have cell service. Service is lost once you turn on to McGowen Creek Road. * Please note that over the last year and a half our friends and family report that even without AT&T their other carriers work just fine but we have AT&T. There is service at the little county store.The Mohawk General, which is about .6 miles from the property. We are a small working ranch with all the livestock sounds that go along with county living.

Located on the edge of the suburbs, but close to restaurants, stores and McKenzie River access. Lovely walks in the neighborhood, & a thirty-minute drive in any direction connects you with a variety of beautiful hikes. Our large, fully-fenced backyard is, ideal for dinner barbecues. Be prepared to see deer, osprey or eagle as you feast. Comfortable beds and furniture, free internet, lots of board games, well-stocked library.
