Cozy home close to historic Washburne District, Hospital, Autzen Stadium!

Excellent stay! We’ll be back

Was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, quiet and everything you need within a mile. Beautiful park for walking just up the road. The only thing that could use a little TLC was the outside grounds. Big fenced back yard was nice though.

This stay was every bit as satisfying as the last. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was excellent. My only issue was with the mattress was abit soft for me, other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay there again

5-Star Stay, Highly Recommend!I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean, fully stocked with all the essentials, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. There were free snacks, coffees and a variety of tea available. Samantha was incredibly responsive, and communication through the VRBO app was seamless and efficient.I especially appreciated having access to the washer and dryer, detergents were even provided (though i brought my own). That extra convenience made a big difference during my stay.The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, yet it’s conveniently located within walking distance to McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center where I was doing my clinical rotation, and just a few blocks from dining options and Walgreens. There’s also a nearby park that’s perfect for walking or jogging, which was a great bonus since there’s no treadmill in the home.The backyard garden is absolutely charming, and the home’s decor creates such a warm and cheerful ambiance. I also appreciated having TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was freshly painted, clean, and overall, you can truly tell the owner takes pride in maintaining this small but lovely home.Would definitely stay here again if needed. It definitely beats staying at questionable nearby motels/hotels. A five-star experience all around!

Had everything we needed from cooking to laundry. Almost all the rugs were dangerously slippery, especially in the living room. Dust noted beside the couch and on the furniture. There was some garbage (egg shells) behind the waste basket. Cobb webs in laundry room. Who ever does your cleaning could be doing a better job.

Great place for two. Very well decorated and extremely clean. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Don't let the fact it isn't in Eugene deter you. Close enough to drive or Uber. One can walk or drive to eating establishments near the house. If you like donuts, have to go to Master Donuts. Within walking distance.

It has been a wonderful stay. The house was cute and had everything we needed. We enjoyed how quiet the area was and taking walks in the neighborhood. Loved the vibe and food in downtown Springfield, which was a nice surprise. Thanks!

The home was clean and comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked and there was a selection of DVDs and games. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything about my stay was great. My brother stayed with me for a couple of days, and we were very comfortable, perfect amount of room, and was very comfortable after he left, fully stocked kitchen, and the laundry room was a welcome touch. Centrally located, so easy access to everything, shopping, events and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit

very comfortable stay! Loved the house, backyard and big bathtub. The bed is advertised as a king, I think it is a queen. Would stay there again.

Lovely place to stay…decorated with beautiful decor, simple yet elegant. We had a great time & very close to shopping areas. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful family Christmas day & dinner. Host was very helpful when I realized we forgot my grandsons tablet. Thank you!
