The location of the unit will be from the first floor to the sixth floor. It is based on availability at the time of check-in. The view from the room can be different and the Resort assigns this. You may be able to request a room change at the time of check-in. Our own personal unit is on the 6th floor facing the turn-around on Broadway Ave. These bookings are for seven nights minimum. All of our reservations will have a partial ocean view from the balcony.brbrThe Resort is located on the Promenade at the famous Turn-around. These comfortable two-bedroom units have a King in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. Rooms are assigned on check-in. You’ll be able to enjoy shopping and dining within easy walking distance, and of course, the beach jueps away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all linens and towels are provided. There is a TV/DVD combo in the living room and bedroom, a BBQ on a private balcony, and a gas fireplace. Tub/shower combo in the bathroom and washer/dryer in the unit. The heated pool is surrounded by 2 additional spas and a kiddie pool. The exercise room is impressive and adjoins the game room.
