There a futon just outside of the main bedroom and a sofa bed upstairs in the living room. The bathroom is located upstairs next to the dining area. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower and it comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. There are amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. A full kitchen with a dishwasher, plates and flatware are provided so that guests will feel right at home. A private entrance for the guests is provided in the front and back of the house. This amazing property is the perfect home base for your trip to Portland.

The Cozy Portland Retreat is an excellent jumping off point to explore Portland. The hostess, Chatt, is incredibly communicative and easy to work with - making check in and out a breeze. The unit is located in a safe and clean neighborhood - and is walking distance to Whole Foods and good coffee shops. The pictures are a great representation of the space, and is very comfortable for a couple or family of four. It is clear that Chatt takes pride in and maintains the unit. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Portland.

This is a very nice well kept property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Chat was a great host, she communicated great and accommodated some last minute requests I had. Would stay here again!
