There a futon just outside of the main bedroom and a sofa bed upstairs in the living room. The bathroom is located upstairs next to the dining area. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower and it comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. There are amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. A full kitchen with a dishwasher, plates and flatware are provided so that guests will feel right at home. A private entrance for the guests is provided in the front and back of the house. This is a very nice well kept property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Chat was a great host, she communicated great and accommodated some last minute requests I had. Would stay here again!
