Just a few minute walk to the beach, brew pub, coffee house and other local establishments. Close by Nestucca River for fishing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and other fun water activities. The home comes equipped with beach chairs & toys as well as 6 bikes for your use. Activities at the house include: ping pong, darts, spike ball and other beach toys, Wii game system, games, puzzles, books, karaoke, cable tv, WIFI, BBQ grill and a fire pit! Everything you need for a fun, relaxing time away!brbrFirst level of the home includes an open kitchen, large dining table that seats 8 plus 3 bar stools, living room, gas fireplace, half bath and a small desk/work area (if you must!) Garden Flat=Our family is from the UK where homes occasionally have a 'garden flat'; a small apartment on the lowest level of a home that has access to the back yard. It's the perfect description for this sunny space.brbrThe Bayview Garden Flat is a one bedroom apartment near Pacific City. The property is an acre of privacy, ocean views, flowers, forest and sunny south-facing outside decks. The apartment is beneath a full time residence but has it's own private entrance and outdoor spaces. The property has gorgeous views and stunning sunsets overlooking the ocean, river and Nestucca Bay. The apartment windows have private forest views, and seasonal peaks of the water through the winter alders. In summer, it's a forested haven, out of the wind and fog but just minutes to the beach. There is parking in the driveway for one car but an additional car could park on the street.brbrThe property is about 1.5 miles to the nearest beach access and 2.5 miles to Cape Kiwanda/Pelican Pub. This would be the perfect opportunity for an avid surfer/fishing enthusiast/beach-lover to secure their spot for the summer at the coast.brbrLayout: enter into a storage hallway that could be used to store surfboards, bikes and other toys. There is hiking and lakes about 5 minutes away, and the famous Dory fishing boat charters are about 6 minutes away. For those riding the Sandlake dunes, we are approximately 15 minutes away. Then of course, it's fun to just walk down the quiet street to the beach and enjoy thebrsunsets .

Come stay at the Casa Del Rio where you will find a backyard retreat with a fire pit, propane BBQ and plenty of seating for everyone to experience the simplicity of life next to the water's edge. Lounge in the sun on the expansive lawn or sit under the deck and enjoy drinks and a meal outdoors. Watch for an abundance of wildlife, (eagles, osprey, deer and waterfowl) from the large west facing deck or just relax and catch up on that book you've been meaning to read. Once inside, the sweeping river view feels as if you're on the water. There is a bright open living room, dining and kitchen floor plan that allows all to gather and share beautiful moments. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a smart TV in the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with a king size beds and a full bath located on the upper level. You will also find another smart TV in one of the upper bedrooms. On the lower level you will find the third bedroom with a river view, a twin size bunk bed plus a queen size bed, TV, a full bath, and a full size laundry room. The Casa Del Rio is equipted with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Also located on the lower level is mud room which opens out to the backyard and has a mini refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. brbrOnly 1-1/2 blocks to beach access and miles of white sand is an added bonus. Shift your frame of mind and stay for a weekend or stay a week. The Casa Del Rio awaits. brbrPet fee is $50 plus lodging per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house our garage unless in a kennel.brPet limit is 2 pets.
