This unit is on the ground floor and has wheelchair parking and access within 20 feet of the unit. The contemporary furnishings and amenity-filled space will bring you everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you’ll love lounging on the creek-side deck watching birds and the tide come and go. A sneak peek at the ocean, Pacific breezes, and gorgeous light make this a wonderful place to relax. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and fireplace, plus a bistro table for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. A dining table and a fully equipped kitchen give you plenty of dining options. A Murphy bed folds up into the wall for extra guest quarters, and a bedroom with a TV, assures privacy. Two full bathrooms make Beach Captain an easy spot to vacation with another couple. You’ll be close to a general store and deli, the Café, a golf course, and a path along the creek to the splendid beach at Neskowin, punctuated by the tree-bedecked Proposal Rock. It’s an easy drive to Pacific City’s Haystack Rock, the Pelican Pub, and Meridian Restaurant, plus delightful beach walking at Bob Straub State Park. To the south, Lincoln City’s many activities are ten minutes away. You’ll love staying in this secluded village at the end of the day. Could potentially have 5th child sleep on fold out cot. brVery home-like condo that has been well cared for and stocked with everything to make our guests feel like they right at home for a unique beach experience. This place has it all! You won’t need to go anywhere, just relax here, take in the fabulous view, and enjoy the ocean/beach!brPatio leads onto nice lawn area that overlooks the ocean. Come sit in our nice cedar Adirandack chairs on this grass area right out our back patio and take in the view that directly overlooks the ocean. The condo has direct to the beach crossing over a seasonal small footbridge. Very convenient to be able to bring all your munchies just out your back door and take in the view! It also overlooks creek and river that flow to the ocean. Children enjoy playing in this gentle flow. brVery comfortable unit that has updated kitchen completely furnished with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary dishware and appliances. Clean and well maintained. brThere is a common area at resort with patio that has a gas grill and patio area - nice for BBQ. brAwesome hiking nearby! Serene coastal town...not over loaded with people.brGood restaurants and convenient market within walking distance.brIncludes cable tv and WIFI. brThis is multi-unit building with condo located on ground floor. No steps to get into condo. brbr*In rainy season depending on when seasonal high tides come in through winter, our seasonal bridge that crosses the creek for direct access to beach is brought in due to the changing water levels and ocean currents. Therefore, the foot bridge (shown in photo) that crosses the back lawn will not be available and to access beach so guests would need to walk through parking lot and access the beach either on the path by Hawk Creek Restaurant (3-5 minute walk) or on many of the other beach access points. Bridge will be put back out in the spring.
