Magnificent Private Home in Northern Manzanita!

We really enjoyed our family time in the large open space, outside was amazing

The house was fine. It was fairly clean. Meredith lodging pushed out our check in time by a hour, which is 2/2 for issues checking in at one of their properties. Kitchen faucet is tap style and needs to be replaced as it kept malfunctioning. Kitchen could use some basics and single ply toilet paper and tissues could use an upgrade.

This place is great for outdoor space! The patio, deck and second patio are all lovely! The indoor space is good, but the beds are NOT comfortable, and the bedding could use a serious upgrade. The upstairs furnishings are ok, but could desperately use an ottoman, and maybe a more substantial table for people to gather at. The apartment special is kinda sad for the space. The kitchen however, is amazing. Very well appointed, lovely counters, lots of cookware! No pleasantries though, so bring your salt/ pepper/ oil/ tin foil etc. (Not an expectation, just a reminder)

This comfortable property had enough space for all 8 of us to spread out. Walking distance to beach.

The property sits in a splendid location, close to everything you need with a special bonus of being able to hear the ocean waves crashing directly from the kitchen window. Negative points are the beds, terribly uncomfortable, and the barbecue that was not working. Also a patch of the carpet was missing and the nails from the tack strip were a hazard, especially for our littles.

Refrigerator didn’t work and we had to throw away food we had brought. Bedding smelled like mildew. Street level bedroom curtains are see through at night when lights are on inside. Toilet roll holder and towel rack are broken. Toaster malfunctioning. Trim at top of main staircase is loose causing trip hazard. Tv is set up with Apple TV which has its own remote and the remote didn’t work which didn’t matter because the owner of the Apple TV account was logged out on the TV and only the account owner can log back in. Kitchen flooring is warped and separating. Kitchen sink looks like someone took a hammer to it. Carpet is torn up and catching on bedroom door. Hardwired smoke detector started chirping and wouldn’t stop.

Everything was sort of hobbled together

We enjoyed our stay, but will most likely not go back. Property kind of tattered and in need of sprucing up, bed uncomfortable, kitchen poorly set up for cooking in. The location is great.
