Relaxing Home on the Oregon Coast - Walk to the Beach!

Excellent communication with hosts. House very well stocked. Easy access to beach and shops. Appreciated the subtle nighttime lighting throughout the house.

Our favorite beach in all our travels! The place was super clean, convenient to visit surrounding areas, had tons of spices and the kitchen had tons of utensils, pots, plates & glasses for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking the beach chairs to enjoy the beach on several occasions. The Pacific City longboard contest was the highlight as we could walk 4 min from our place to the beach. Thanks for opening your place for us to enjoy too!

We had such an enjoyable time. The house was beautiful and clean. The hosts were so kind and very responsive. The neighborhood was so cute and beachy. It was just a short walk to the beach. We had such a relaxing time.

We loved our month long stay in Pacific City, Shorepine Village. The property was in a quiet development within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The home had comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We slept well in the cozy king bed. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiry we had and reached out to notify us of the Kamchatka earthquake that triggered a tsunami watch for the pacific coast. We'd love to return to this comfy beach house.

Tucked into a cul-de-sac, this beachside retreat is the perfect Oregon Coastal stay. Clean, quaint and with all the amenities...,BBQ grill, water toys (incl. kayaks/paddleboards/surfboards!)...and a very short walk to the beach. We were sitting out on the back patio enjoying morning coffee, and two deer walked very close by. So nice. Shanon and Marcia were great. There was a communication lag but that's due to all coms going thru the folks at VRBO...certainly not a bad reflection on Shanon or Marcia. For the price, you'd be hard pressed to find a comparable gem. Very highly recommended.

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach. There was a hiccup with housekeeping on arrival but manager quickly responded and resolved the issue. We’ll definitely go again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing time. The neighborhood was very quiet with paths to the beach. The rear path wasn't available as the gate was locked. The owner was very helpful answering questions. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Everything was lovely. The just was great at communicating with me throughout my stay. Things were so nice that I rebooked for next summer for a whole month! I look forward to returning.

I try to come to the Oregon coast every year, and this area never fails to impress. The property was absolutely wonderful, with only a short walk right to the beautiful Pacific City beach!The hosts were great, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. I wish i could give a higher than 5 star rating!

My friend and I had such a great time at this beach house. It was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen well-stocked with good cooking utensils and modern appliances. The gas fireplace was another favorite feature -perfect for stormy winter nights. We loved that it was close to the beach and also right off the road to the Pelican Pub and nearby restaurants on Brooten Rd, too. The downside of being somewhere so walkable was that there was a fair bit of noise from the road (not late at night, but definitely starting early in the morning). Everything else about it was perfect - highly recommend this vacation spot!

We had the most perfect stay here, from walks on the beaches, hikes in the forest, mushroom and huckleberry hunting, and fall festivals. Even our geriatric cat enjoyed staring out the window at the deer and birds. A perfect, quiet location with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. I admit, I sorted through the kitchen and arranged as I like. The knives could use sharpening if you’re staying and have the time. The garage has all the water toys you could want, but just watching the surfers from the shore was fun.

Quiet and cozy townhome just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Pacific City is a small and fairly quiet beach community with good restaurants and Pelican Brewery walking distance right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in this Pacific City Beach House. Close (7 minute walk) to beach. Located in gated community. House has EVERYTHING you need. Great fenced backyard for our Aussie. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Owners are fantastic with communications. Check in is easy. Instruction sheets are provided. And comfortable beds. We will be back.

We were very comfortable during our stay and appreciated a well equipped home. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the walk from the property is convenient. Would stay again!

We stayed here during our annual family reunion weekend at Cape Kiwanda. It was super close by to where the rest of the family camp. We loved the house and the private backyard. Very peaceful!
