We updated the lighting and paint as well. We are allowing guests to use our downstairs storage locker at no cost to store your beach chairs/etc. You can also use our items inside knowing if you break something, replace it. The unit has all new flooring and and has been freshly painted. In addition, the unit has a brand new sliding door for access to the deck for viewing the ocean and new pool complex.
