Peace of Paradise - Direct Oceanfront, Amazing Views!

The location was great, ocean front with a balcony that had a nice table, 2 chairs, extra chairs and a swing. The walkway to the beach was very close. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom configuration was a little odd, but it worked for the 2 of us. Parking was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the area.

We loved this place! We didnt wanna leave when it was time to go. Check in/check lut was easy, and the property managers communicated very well throuought the entire process.

You cannot beat the oceanfront views. It was fabulous to sit on the deck and take in the beautiful Surf City. The property management communication was perfect and very helpful. The condo was exactly as stated. We look forward to returning.

Overall the property was wonderfulWe had issues with the WiFi that caused several hours of troubleshooting and issues. The owner had put in a personal router without sharing info with the reality company. Once the correct information was relayed no other issues were present.

The updates that were made the property were appreciated but the workmanship could have been better. The outside railing on the porch needs replacing/repaired. The swing was not safe to sit on due to rust. The internet was almost nonexistent. The instructions for operating the technology need to be updated and made very clear. It would have been helpful to state to bring movie DVDs. Most important--the entrance door and frame needs to be replaced. It is not secure. It could very easily be kicked/pushed open. The view and beach were amazing. The beach access and shower off area were very convenient. The property was well maintained. We appreciated having the carport parking. The people we came in contact with were very friendly. Everything we needed--food, gas, shopping--was easily accessible. This was our first visit to Topsail Island and it was a very positive experience. We hope to return in the future.

The stay was great. There was still some masking tape and places where you could see painting was being completed. Stool was left out by whoever was painting. Overall, great visit

Staying in NC is very different from a New England getaway. We never had to rent linens before, and there were no sand chairs on this on the beach location. Another missing item was a hairdryer. I owned a summer home on Cape Cod for years and all these items plus bikes were available for my renters. Just a thought for the future. The ocean view was amazing. We enjoyed many hours on the deck’

Unit was pretty dated but was reasonably clean. Very good location right on the beach.

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. Unit has everything you need if you're doing your own cooking and also has a washer and dryer which came in handy this trip because we stayed longer. Right on ocean front, beautiful view all day long.

This was a great find for us as it was just what we were looking for as location on the beach and island. Very well kept gated, property with nice amenities. Condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion: it would have been nice to have a bath mat in the bathroom outside the tub/shower area. (As we chose to bring our own linens), I just would not have thought to bring that!
