The condo was wonderful we enjoyed the view the pool and beach access.

The unit was adorable and very welcoming! The owners were great,quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Lovely condo in Surf City/Topsail area! The condo was clean with a great location to restaurants and small shops. The hosts went above and beyond communicating with us and letting us check in early since the unit was ready. That was so appreciated so we could enjoy more beach time. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed over Labor Day weekend and fully expected it to be loud. Considering everything it was a quiet stay with the exception of occasional foot traffic from above. The WiFi was in and out but we didn’t mind. King bed was comfy! Our favorite was the view, how close it was to the beach and the pool! We would definitely plan another stay here!

My stay was amazing. The place was clean and Hunt and Leigh was so responsive. They were so helpful. I can't wait to visit next year.

The property was very clean and tastefuly decorated. It had a great ocean view and the pool was incredible. It worked well for children and those with physical disabilities due to the 0 entry access. The beach was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The rental felt like home. I would highly recommend.

Best possible stay. Most condos in the area are corporate run, but Hunt is local and even came by himself to fix a door that was off its hinges before our check in. He also let us check in early. This was amazing and we hope to be back!

No matter where I stay on the island we always have a great time. Your place is no exception. The surf is great because it's ocean front and has a pool. Your home was beautiful and fully stocked. Perfect Location within walking distance of town, shops and restaurants. We commented several times how lucky we got choosing this place. Would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was perfect for a girls getaway. Everything you needed was provided and the spices on hand were a plus. Would definitely book this gem again.

We had a great time and the Sunshine Condo was perfect.

My husband and I visited from Montana. Our son is stationed at New River and he was able to come stay a few days with us. We had so much fun at the beach and all the recommended restaurants were DELICIOUS! The condo was clean and so nice we loved it!! It was perfect for us!! We look forward to coming back! Loved the security into the location too! Thank you for such a great experience!

This was our first visit to Topsail Beach, NC. My husband and I stayed at the Sunshine Condo hosted by Hunt and Leigh Reifschneider. Our hosts were wonderful. We were able to contact them with any questions and they promptly responded . The Condo was immaculate and nicely decorated . It was so cute. My favorite was the kitchen which was well equipped including a dishwasher and a kuerig coffee machine.Was able to see ocean from the deck. We had access to a wonderful , beautiful,clean pool. We had great beach access which was on the grounds,just a short walk from the Condo. The grounds were very well kept. It was also great to have a beach locker on site in which to put your sandy beach stuff in. Felt the complex to be in a very safe area with security available and property manager on site if needed.Look forward to going back again. Thank you Hunt and Leigh!

Condo was very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful 4 day vacation looking for sharks teeth and sitting by the ocean. The pool is well maintained with plenty of chairs. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants a carefree vacation.

The condo looks even better in person than in the pictures! The neighborhood is great and the location is perfect. The view from the balcony of the pool and the ocean is wonderful. Hunt and Leigh were the nicest and most helpful and communicative hosts. Sometimes at a rental, the furniture feels cheap and not very comfy but all of their furniture was beautiful AND very comfortable. My boyfriend and I can’t wait to make staying here a yearly tradition.

As advertised. Except, linens were not provided. We were not informed until we were on our way, and had to scramble a bit. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The condo was great for our short beach stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Pool and beach were great!
