We have a beautiful cape cod home and we are a short walk to the beach. Our home is relaxing and the perfect beach vacation home. We have lovely sound views. We are also a 3 minute walk to the brand new playground and skate park in Rodanthe. brThe ground level has covered parking for 3-4 cars, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.brUpstairs you find the main house. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath. The master bedroom and bath are handicap accessible.The shower has a seat and grab bar and the toilet has grab bars. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has a full size bed and twin size bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms have a television with cable. There is also a television in the living room. We have a large open kitchen that opens into living and dining areas. This space is great for entertaining a group of 7.brWe also have an enclosed porch that has heat and a/c that can be used as a game room or extra place to relax. Here we have foosball table, dart board, card table and games. This is also a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the sound. We have a wrap around porch that is great for spending time with the family, watching the sun set or grilling out. brAlso we have a ramp that wraps around the house which is great for people in a wheel chair or have trouble with stairs. brNo need to worry about linens. We provide linens,sheets and towels. We don't make the beds but the clean sheets will be waiting for you. We only ask that you wash them and put them in the dryer before you leave.brWe believe you will find all you need here. It is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5-8. Great for entertaining and right in the middle of Rodanthe.

A reading nook is also located on the landing just above this level.brbrIf all of those stairs look like just too much for you or your family, an elevator is available to take you from the ground level all the way up (initial access to the property made through the front door on 2nd level). brbrThe house is stocked with a pack n play, as well as a high chair to make your stay as comfortable as possible with your entire family. Limited selection of kids toys, games and books are also available to make your stay more enjoyable. We have 2 small boys and know how helpful it is to have some of these things already there when you travel and we want to make your vacation as easy as possible. brbrPool Heat is available for an additional charge of $500/week.
