There is a covered gazebo with curtains and a gas fire pit. There are four bedrooms, one is a Carolina sitting room and has a full size futon. The room can be closed off with a slider and curtains to be a fourth bedroom. There is a cozy pull out sofa bed in the living room. In the closet I have a roll away twin bed and a foam fold out floor mattress.brbrGuest accessbrGuests have full access to the house except for an owners closet, garage and shed.brbrOther things to notebrFor safety purposes please be aware that there is an inground swimming pool in the backyard. NOTE** The Pool is closed and covered for the winter months. It will be open April 1st. brI have a ring door bell but there are no other cameras on the property inside or out. The living room has ample space and a 55 inch smart tv with the Golf channel/network. The Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master located on the first floor has a king bed and tv. Second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds. Upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms, the first bedroom has 3 twin beds, the second bedroom has 4 twin beds and a TV, and the last room has 2 queen beds. Our 3 bedroom home sleeps 4 players comfortably or three couples. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed with a beautifully updated master bath with a luxury shower. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have individual TVs. A full bathroom is upstairs with a half bath off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with spices and refrigerator basics. The screen patio off of the kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and watch the golfers or birds. Your invited to stay in our home as our guests and we have made the beds for you, stocked the bathrooms with towels and sundries and we have the kitchen basics to make your stay memorable.
