Our complex is in the perfect vacation location, directly across from the Yaupon Beach Fishing Pier, Koko Cabana bar and restaurant, Ruby's coffee shop, and the Lazy Turtle Bar and Grille just a block away. Also, less than a mile to the East is Oak Island Golf Club and their new Duffer's Pub and Grille. Enjoy palm trees and ocean views right from your porch. There is also a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Oak Island Lighthouse is about a three mile walk along the beach to the East. Just off the island is the beautiful and historic town of Southport, NC. brbr*PLEASE NOTE: br1) Our HOA prohibits boats, trailers and golf carts on the property. Welcome to our beach house! This is our vacation home and we stay here often with our friends and family. We keep it as nice and clean as possible, and are always upgrading. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 3 King beds and two twin beds, all linens provided. We have an office with everything you need to work from The Beach! Monitor, printer, shredder, paper, etc. Our 1700 sf home is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. brbrOur House has a great layout for multiple families. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other bedrooms and bathroom are on the other side of the house. The huge family room is in the middle. The covered front patio is great to sit in the shade with a drink and the fans running to keep you cool. There is also a gate to keep your dog out there with you. The deck in the back is good for getting some sun. brbrEnjoy amazing the sunrises and sunsets on the unique South facing Oak Island. Let your only worry in the world be, 'is the tide gonna reach my chair' -Zac Brown BandbrbrBringing your boat The public water access is just a few blocks over. The driveway is big enough to store your boat trailer, or there’s a public lot by the water access. We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a cooler for you to use. If it rains on your beach vacation don’t worry our family room comfortably seats 8+ to watch a movie! There are plenty of games for the kids and the adults. There’s a covered patio in the front and a large open deck in the back.brbrThe location is fantastic! About a 1/2 mile to the beach, 1/2 block from the Intracoastal Waterway, a 3 blocks from the grocery store, ice cream, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, and everything Oak Island has to offer. Oak Island has a great small town feel with only a couple 'chain' businesses. The vast majority of shops and restaurants are locally owned small business. Please visit as many as you can, you will not be disappointed.brbrHistoric Southport is a short 20 minute drive to enjoy the southern charm, shopping, and restaurants. Hop on a ferry to beautiful Bald Head Island. Or the vehicle ferry will take you to Fort Fisher, and then a short drive to Wilmington.brbrI will provide you with a very small amount of necessities in case you check in late and cannot get to the store until the following day (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc). This is just a starter pack, not enough for your entire stay.brbrWell behaved dogs are welcome - if caged at night and when you are gone. Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture or in the beds! You must bring your own cage. There will be a one time $175.00 pet fee, max 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats or any other animals allowed. The dog rules MUST be followed. If your dog is not well behaved, this might not be the best place to bring your furry friend.brbrFor everyone's safety and security we have video surveillance on the outside of the building - nothing inside.
