There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a laundry room downstairs. The whole house was remodeled and all new furniture was purchased in 2016. We are remodeling both bathrooms in Fall 2018. The front room is wide open and with wonderful views of the ocean. We love this place and are sure you will enjoy it, too. The house sleeps 11 people on 3 queen beds, and five single beds (two bunkbeds). There is a futon in the front room. Destined to be torn down due to the value of the land, we were able to connect with the previous owner, house movers, and some wonderful contractors (too may people to thank) that helped us assemble this home in the heart of Oak Island. Now this house has a second chance at bringing folks the joy that only a beach house can accomplish. Oak Island, meanwhile, is one of the few South facing islands so you can see the sun rise and set from the beach! The Oak Island pier is not far and free to the public for walking (pay to fish).
