Kayak Backyard or 1/2 mile to Beach Single Level Very Few Stairs Pet Friendly

We have rented this house many times over the years and it never disappoints. Very nice for large families. Lots of room to spread out, and the location is perfect, especially if you like fishing or kayaking! Beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway!

We had a great time at this house. Caswell Beach access was close and convenient and the beach was not crowded. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and seeing the alligator! This is a lovely home with plenty of space to spread out and everything our family needed to be comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great Property, Especially if you enjoy fishing and Kayaking. Property is located relatively close to almost anything you want or need. Beaches, Food, Shopping are miles away.

This place is so expansive, we had 9 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. No one was waiting on a bathroom or anything like that. There were several sitting areas when we gathered the whole group.

We have stayed at this home year after year. It’s a great property for large families, particularly if you have kayakers in your group. The location is excellent and the home is very comfortable and roomy. We love this home.

I loved this rambling one-story home. It has a lot of personality and a lot of energy around it. It is in a wonderful location right on the intercoastal waterway. We used the kayaks that were provided and we also used the property’s bicycles to ride on the beach. We had a family gathering there on one of the days to celebrate the lives of my brother and his wife. It was much appreciated that parking was available for those who attended. We also liked the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements made vacationing there very comfortable. I would highly recommend this VRBO. The hostesses were very communicative and prompt in responding to any questions we had. I hope to visit the property again in the future. Cheryl

We loved the house layout and the peacefulness of the the property and surrounding area. The location is close to everything.

We loved our stay. The pictures do not give this house justice. It is an older home but it is beautiful. If you choose to stay, don't worry about bringing beach chairs. They have plenty to use. My boys enjoyed taking bike rides and fishing on the dock.

Probably the best vacation property I’ve ever stayed at. The amount of things you can do without leaving the property is mind boggling. We probably caught over 100 fish during our one week there right off the dock along with numerous crabs. Saw all kinds of wildlife including bald eagles, osprey’s and an alligator. The beach is an easy walk or there’s a large parking area real close if you prefer to drive. I would go back every year.
