The screened porch also has a loveseat and chairs for relaxing over morning coffee or sunset drinks. Further down the porch are stairs leading to the fenced in yard, a perfect place for the kids or your dog to run around. Sit around the fire pit and cook s'mores, swing in the hammock with your current reading material or play spike ball with your loved ones. An additional table and 4 chairs live in the covered area next to the outdoor shower. This underneath area is also fenced in to allow the dogs or guests a shady area to relax. It also has tupperware for storing leftovers and plenty of plates and glasses of all types and sizes. Make supper for the whole family as you enjoy quality time together in the open-concept living space. The dining table seats six to eight people, with four additional seats at the countertop bar. Board games for all ages and plenty of books for beach reading are included for extra fun, and there's enough seating in the living room for everyone to join in.
