Any further approved guests will be charged at a rate of $20 per head per day of stay. br- Day guests are allowed with prior approval. This home has three bedrooms with one bathroom. All bedrooms have queen beds. The first and third bedrooms have blackout curtains in addition to blinds. The middle bedroom has blinds with a pass-through door to the third bedroom. There are two living areas in the house, one with a brand-new 4 K smart television. The back living space focuses on the original stained glass window. The bathroom has been updated with modern touches while retaining the rustic charm. Soft hand and body towels are provided for all guests. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and a tile backsplash, but still retains some of the unique features of older houses. Inside the kitchen, ground coffee and a limited selection of K-Cups are provided. The kitchen is also where the washer and dryer are located. Guests can enjoy sitting on the covered front porch or covered side porches, both of which offer views of the street lined with old trees. The neighborhood itself is very quiet with the property located on a dead-end street, limiting traffic. When entering the house, guests will be assigned a private digital keycode, meaning no physical keys will need to be exchanged or carried around during guests' stay.brbrNo parties allowed at the property, and no smoking on the property. The neighborhood residents are quiet, and we ask that guests staying at the Hay House respect that atmosphere by limiting noise between 10pm and 8am. The property does include smoking noise sensors.
