A $500 fee will be charged if smoke or remnants are found inside.brbr brbrDamages:brbrGuests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.brbrbrbrTrash:brbrAll Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout.
