Free round of golf offer available until end of February. brbrThis 3 bed 2 bath condo is located in the beautiful and quiet Caswell Beach, nestled against the stately Live Oaks on the Oak Island Golf Course. It is a great location for families and groups of friends wanting to enjoy the white sandy beaches of Oak Island. The condo is recently updated with a modern fully equipped kitchen and beautiful soapstone countertops. You have everything you need to cook your favorite family meals! For the golfers in the family, they will be just minutes away from the Oak Island Golf Course! The clubhouse is a short 3 minute drive. The back deck faces both the 7th hole green and 8th hole tee-box. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch, shaded by the large Live Oak trees with Spanish moss draping from the branches. With such a short distance to the beach, you will be enjoying the salt, sand and sun within minutes. The condo community has 2 pools available for use (in season). The primary pool is a short walk from the front door. For the indoor days enjoy the cable TV and numerous Roku channels to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies. The garage is not available to park in, but you will have access to the garage where you can find extra seating, beach gear, ping-pong table and a BBQ grill! The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175.
