Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. The house is close to the Music Center and only 4 short blocks from the center of town so you can walk to great restaurants, shops and breweries. The backyard is fenced, well behaved pets are okay.

The little house is next to a 2 acre pond, in a small neighborhood, 15 minutes from Brevard and Rosman. Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Outside is a fire pit and gas grill. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock with a paddle boat. East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are all nearby, which provide hiking, biking, and fishing. So bring your fishing poles/floats and swim at your own risk.brThe pond may fluctuate depending on the seasons. It is out of my control and has a mind of its own. One day it may be full for months and then the next it may be empty. There is another dock that is for the neighbors. Almost a boat house without the rocking waves.brWe are working on a firepit outside on the corner of the property, you can see where we have had a small fire before. Two hammocks are ready to enjoy around the fire pit, looking out at the pond. The big outside trash can is for bagged trash only. We also provide a propane grill that is just steps away from the kitchen. In the laundry room downstairs is a stackable washer/dryer, a water spigot with hose for rinsing off, pond/dog towels, and cleaning supplies. We are pet friendly.brOnce you make a reservation I will send you more information and needed directions, GPS will take you somewhere else. We do provide a turnaround spot and parking. The driveway is somewhat narrow. We live a mile or so down the road and can be available when needed. I clean other vacation rentals as well as our own. brCheck out Sassafras Mountain, which has a 360 degree view and is 15 minutes down the road out East Fork River, a fisherman's paradise. Living Waters is my favorite water falls to adventure on, it is a 30 minute drive up curvy 215, near the blue ridge parkway.brbrbr

The Appletree Cottage is a charming cottage located adjacent to Brevard College & within walking distance of scenic downtown Brevard, NC. The house boasts a spacious great room with a large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating for large groups, as well as a fully-outfitted kitchen & outdoor deck with grill. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and a TV and one with a daybed and trundle. One full bath w/ tub & shower is located on the main floor off of the main hallway. Another half bath is located in the bedroom that has the trundle bed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one w/ a queen bed, and one w/ a full bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. Additionally, the master bedroom (w/ the king bed) has a private full bath w/ a shower. Another full bath w/ shower is located in the upstairs hallway. A full-size washer & dryer are located in the basement. brbrOur cabins are provided with all linens and towels, a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, firewood and propane for the grill.
