Feel Right At Home In This Spacious Retreat

Very nice little place to stay that is so convenient to downtown Brevard, yet in a private, wooded mountain setting! Because it's a basement apartment, it is quite dark, even on a bright sunny day, but does have a lovely covered deck to sit on! Only downside is that there was a good bit of noise (footsteps, squeaky floor, sounds of things being dropped on floor) from room above A LOT all through the nights that woke me up. If you're a SOUND sleeper, it may not bother you.

Has everything you need . Perfect for a couple. Our dogs loved the place as well .

Cozy stay. We went to visit our daughter in Brevard. Great location, only a couple miles to the college. Excellent communication with the owner.

This place was so cozy, comfortable and clean. We love the fact that we could bring our puppy and he loved the back deck. It has everything you need and then some – plenty of towels, super comfortable bed with extra blankets, nice pillows, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of little extras left by the host. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Brevard and perfect for our little getaway. We would definitely stay here again the next time we head to Brevard!

The perfect one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo, and all the kitchen items we needed to cook a great meal. Lovely patio with a screen door to enjoy the fresh air. The animal love was appreciated!

It was so comfortable and charming.

We left half way thru the stay because of the weather — lots of rain. The property was very clean. However, temperature was remotely controlled by owner and the bedroom was quite a bit hotter than rest of unit. Owners tried to solve but indicated that this was an ongoing issue.

Very comfortable and well apportioned. Easy communication with the hosts. The little desk was great fro relaxing after a day of hiking.

Nicely finished basement apartment, but didn't feel like a basement. Gas grill was convenient for eating in. Easy in and out, close to Brevard, DuPont, Connestee.

The propery was an absolute dream, nestled on the coziest piece of propery. The decor, inside & out was right out a dream! Felt like a home away from home. Many thanks, it wad perfectly fabulous.

This was perfect for our visit to Brevard. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to downtown and local waterfalls. Lots of nice touches by the owners to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Our host and hostess are very attentive. The place was very clean and we just enjoyed the whole weekend sitting on the back porch and enjoying listening to the birds we saw 4 large deer a cool looking bat and I finally got to see a white squirrel. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.
