Guests are not allowed to park any portion of their car in the roadway, or they will be towed at the owner's expense. brAt 4000' feet above sea level, the weather can get tricky in the colder months. If you are traveling here between November and March, please keep an eye on the weather and plan to have a 4 wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle. Failure to do so could result in getting stuck or not being able to pass certain roads that may be slick. Even just a dusting of snow can make roads impassable without a 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicle. We can and will do our best to assist you from afar, but we cannot be responsible for stranded guests. brAlternatively, in the summer months it can get warm. We have portable AC units and fans upstairs in each room, if it gets too hot. There is also a whole house fan in the attic. Typically, the temps dip down in the evening, so you can open all the windows and turn fans on to cool the house down.
