The spacious living room provides a comfortable place to relax. Downstairs, under the street-side deck, is the outdoor gas grill. A deck with picnic table is on the front of the house where you and your family can have a relaxing outdoor meal or just relax brbrOn the large oceanfront deck, you can enjoy sitting (or swinging) in the shade, or lounging in the sun. Just a few steps off the deck and you will feel the sand between your toes! In addition there is an enclosed sun porch next to the open deck with a small table that can be used for dining, games, or writing your next novel. brbrWe suggest that you plan your day so that you can catch the phenomenal sunrises and sunsets . Atlantic Beach Town Park is nearby and features mini golf, a skate park, and a splash pad. For the fishermen, opportunities abound, including charter boats and surf fishing.
