Everything was wonderful the only negative is the master bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned and back of commode needed to be wiped off. Everything else was wonderful and we plan on coming back next year around the same time. Thank you!

We visited in winter (Dec. 25-28) and enjoyed the great location for beach walks, Fort Macon St. Park, restaurants, sightseeing. Clean, comfortable, well-kept, well-stocked rental with porch decks that offered wonderful oceanfront views. Easy access to beach. Prompt, welcoming responses from host. Thank you!

GREAT beach house! Perfect for our 4-day stay in mid-September. I was thrilled to find this on VRBO because we could not stay for a whole week. When I go to the beach, I’m not interested in a pool. This duplex offers easy access to the sand. The location is terrific because the beach is not crowded (no big condos nearby) and you can walk to the restaurant on the pier. The Island Grille is also just yards away, but even post-season we could not get a table! We did walk to Amos Mosquitos and had a lovely meal there. This rental stands out because it supplies beach chairs and toys! We four adults could drive from Raleigh in one car because we did not have to bring that stuff! Also five-stars for the well stocked kitchen! We cooked dinners twice. The grill is in great shape and the kitchen offers everything you need, plus basic spices, oil, condiments, etc. Loved the view from the large deck w/ plenty of seating. Appreciated the retractable gate to keep our dog on the deck! The beds were super comfortable. Parking is really tight and probably impossible in peak season, but this place was perfect for us. We will be back!!

This home is a perfect beach getaway. It has everything you can think of: well-stocked kitchen, all the beach chairs and toys you need, plenty of rainy day game alternatives. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and situated on a quiet dead end street. Everything you need is very close by. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying in this location for a long weekend. The view is perfect and the location is an easy walk to the pier. Pet friendly was a great feature for our two small dogs.

The house is in a great location steps from the pier and beach. The house was clean and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be a bit tight if you have a large SUV and multiple cars, but we made it work. One thing I will mention is the shared deck space. If you’re a person who wants privacy while sitting on the deck, this is t the place for you. The deck is large but shared with the other side of this duplex. Luckily we had family staying in the other side, so it was what we were wanting, but just be aware that the main deck is not private. Thank you for a great visit to the area.

We stayed for an extended weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and very clean. Very short walk over the dune to the beach and outdoor shower and waterhose made it very easy for cleanup. Great location and in walking distance to excellent restaurants. We only stayed 3 nights, but it was perfect. Best equipped VRBO we’ve experienced. We are older ( let’s just say over 65), but had no problem with the stairs. Loved the view from both decks.

We love Atlantic Beach and this home is the perfect place to stay for easy beach and pier access. The home is Comfortable with plenty of places to hang out as a family. It is by far our favorite place to stay for vacation. Highly recommend to anyone who chooses to stay on Atlantic Beach.

This was our 3rd year at this spot. It’s always very clean, very convenient, quiet, and well equipped.

Great stay right on the beach. Many places say that they are beachside but this is the real deal with the back porch directly on the beach. And while not empty, the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The house was great, with a good kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and living area. The outdoor shower was unexpectedly nice. Absolutely recommend!
