Outdoor Living Space – The huge deck is perfect for lounging, dining, or simply taking in the ocean views. New stainless steel grill included!

Beach Gear Provided – We supply beach chairs and toys—just bring your own beach towels.

3 Bedrooms | 2.5 Baths (Plus Outdoor Shower!) – Each side of the duplex is a mirror image of the other (except for color schemes and flooring) and is updated annually. If you need more space, check out our sister unit (VRBO #666411).

Uncrowded Beachfront – Our section of Atlantic Beach is primarily single-family homes, meaning fewer crowds and more space to relax on our big wide beach!

Bike-Friendly Neighborhood – Rent a regular or electric bike to cruise the side streets or explore the island.

Local Dining & Nightlife – Walk to Amos Mosquito’s (a must-visit!), Island Grille, or grab a casual drink at The TackleBox the main local bar or enjoy Idle Hour’s outdoor seating with live music. You can walk to roughly 10 restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk and 3 of them within 5 minutes.

Garage Storage: The enclosed garage can accommodate 1 mid-size vehicle but also can be used to store your kayak, fishing gear, bikes and whatever else you bring. You can also use the dart board on the occasional rainy day or at night for your family tournaments.
