What a great property. Nicely kept up and well stocked with necessities. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. A hot tub would be a nice addition.

Wonderful home with fully equipped kitchen. 3 generations and all of us enjoyed the beachfront and the pool. The layout allowed privacy for sleeping along with a separate large kitchen and eating areas. Definitely recommend to all

We had a fantastic time at this property! The house was exactly as described—very clean (probably the cleanest beach rental we've ever rented), very well-maintained, and comfortable. The pool was wonderful, and the views were fantastic, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And the elevator was extremely beneficial to the members of our party!The only minor downside was that the bar located behind the house could get a bit noisy very late at night, especially in the rooms closest to it. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.We’d definitely consider staying here again!

This home checked all the boxes for our extended family trip! We loved the wide beach, pool to cool off in after a long day on the beach, and home that offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Truly it was a perfect layout and we loved the many porches for drinking coffee in the morning and golden hour views in the evening! Our kids loved the beach toys available to play with and the extra beach chairs came in handy! TV’s throughout the home made it easy for everyone to watch their favorites whether football or Bluey! We are already planning our next trip back!

The best stay we have had on the crystal coast beaches. The home is immaculately kept, with almost everything provided one could need. The only potential downside is the unit is about 50 feet from a very loud bar, but it did not pose a problem for us, even with the noise late into the evening. The pool and proximity to the beach was excellent. We had an incredibly relaxing week and can’t wait to go back.

It was so clean, loved the sheets were on the bed when we arrived, beautiful view of beachfront and fun pool! Loved the space and convenience of the elevator. The kitchen is so modern and so many places to eat. Loved tv’s everywhere. We loved walking straight out to the beach!

This is our family's second stay at this property. It was even better than the first time. Well-appointed. Fully stocked on EVERYTHING you might need. Super clean. Great pool and a very short jaunt to the beach. Views from all around! Lovely family home ON THE BEACH. Lots to do or little to do. It's up to you! We made some happy memories over the week. My Family really enjoyed our stay. It’s right on the ocean which is great, several restaurants in walking distance or short drive. Check in to check out was seamless. John was great. The elevator was great especially for my Mom in law. We have a pool at home so didn’t think we’d use the pool much but we did. We had a great week of weather and can wait till next year. We will definitely be back

This was an absolutely beautiful place to vacation . The private pool was superb and then the proximity to the beach ( right out the gate ) My family loved this home. The elevator was an absolutely awesome addition. Came in very handy. Everything to do here within walking distance if you didn't feel like driving. There is a local bar directly in front of the home, but no problem. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks John, for opening up your home for others to enjoy. Fabulous! Communication with owner was very responsive. Couple of small issues ( nothing to spoil vacation ) were guickly resolved. Loved this place.

We just spent a week here at this house and LOVED it. The house is gorgeous. New, super clean and amazingly well - stocked. It has everything you need for inside and outside the house. Nice Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys abundant. Parking for 4 cars. 2 inside the garage and 2 outside. The rooms are beautiful and the location can’t be beat. You are RIGHT on the beach. The beach also has lifeguards, which is an added benefit. The private pool was a delight. Coffee, the best donuts and some restaurants are a 1-3 minute walk from the house. Beaufort is about 15 mins away and we really enjoyed spending a day there walking around, shopping, and taking the ferry to the beach to see wild horses and sand dollars. Would 100% recommend. Great property and great owner.

We just finished our 6th stay at the Beach house and it is truly like a home away from home for us as we all have our place along with a routine. We stayed 10 days and just can't say enough about the pool, property, beach and just how quaint Atlantic Beach truly is! Super vacations every time! Thanks John and family!

Great house on a great location. The only thing we were missing were real glasses io plastic ones. All the rest was just perfect!

What a gorgeous, well-appointed, and centrally located beach house! Our multi-generational family appreciated the large rooms, beautiful gathering spaces, million dollar views, immediate access to the beach, and the elevator- which made this special vacation possible. Within walking distance are a couple great restaurants, coffee and donut shop, and a popular local bar- The Tackle Box. The latter is directly behind the house and is a fun place to hang out. We recommend any light sleepers enjoy the beautiful ocean front rooms or pack ear plugs. This house is simply a perfect option for individuals if all ages!

What a beautiful home complete with everything you and your family and friends need for a relaxing Atlantic Beach vacation. The home is very comfortable with excellent furniture and beds. The decks all have phenomenal views and we even did some Dolphin watching with and without binoculars Not sure there is a better spot to watch the sunset.The host is super responsive and very accommodating. Try The Bite in the Box for breakfast and football food. Their wings are great. Babis is also a great restaurant. Stay clear of the Crabs Claw. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had an awesome stay at this property. The unit was very pretty, clean and well stocked. Private pool and easy beach access were awesome. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

We had a big group and there was plenty of space for us all! Great location with restaurants and shops just a short walk. The house was beautiful and the owner was extremely kind and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!

This is a beautiful location and property. I have NEVER stayed somewhere so wonderfully stocked. The kitchen is perfect and even has spices, coffee filters, cooking oil, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. There are more than enough beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, etc. for a large group. The owner sends clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive both before and during our stay. The only 2 problems we had were that the smart TVs don’t work in most of the bedrooms due to an Internet problem, and because of the same problem, I was unable to keep in touch with my work. The internet, however, is not in the owner’s control. There is also no shade at the pool so it can get very uncomfortable during most daylight hours. I will definitely plan to stay again!

We had a great week at this beach house. We have stayed at many beach houses over the years, and this one was the most well-appointed. The house had all of the necessities needed right when you walked in the door. We typically buy everything in advance (TP, paper towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, kitchen supplies - sponges, dishwashing detergent, etc, etc) bc there is nothing worse than driving 10+ hours to then have to go to the store for immediate provisions. Very well stocked throughout. Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of screens too. Good instructions everywhere. There were also plenty of beach chairs & boogie boards. We bought some in advance too, and donated them to the pile. Quiet area. Clean beach. Eateries in your backyard. We never left the area. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very friendly. We would love to go back. Thank you!
