Off the kitchen and living room is an expansive deck facing a beautiful line of trees. Easily move from the kitchen and dining room to the grill, or to our outdoor table and couches that are set up for 6-8 people. After long days hiking or skiing, enjoy our 6-person hot tub outside, taking in the stars or sunset over the trees. brbrThere are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the primary floor, away from the kitchen and living room. The first bedroom, to the left upon entering the front door, has a queen size bed with a foam topper, a built-in wooden floating bench, and a closet. The two bedroom windows look out at the front yard and the beautiful nature we have in Tannersville. The primary bedroom totes a king bed with a new Bear mattress and 3 windows overlooking the side and backyard. The primary bedroom has an en-suite, newly renovated bathroom with a rain-style shower (walk-in). The last bedroom is adjacent to the primary bedroom and has a queen bed with a new Bear mattress, a closet and two windows facing the front yard. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with Parachute linens. brbrThe common bathroom upstairs is also recently renovated and offers a deep Koehler tub and shower. All 3 bathrooms are stocked for our guests with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Guests can also enjoy Parachute bathroom linens.brbrAll 3 bedrooms, as well as the living room and basement, feature new HVAC and heating systems. Use the digital Honeywell systems to set the AC or heat to your preferred temperature. brbrDownstairs is our remodeled basement and family room. In one corner we have a large leather couch and two armchairs to read, play games or watch TV on our 75” Samsung TV. Behind the couch is our full-sized pool table. Adjacent to the pool table is a wet bar and refrigerator so you can stock the downstairs for games and refreshments. There is a third bathroom downstairs that includes a single-person shower and is also fitted with Public Goods products and Parachute linens.
