• Master Suite – Queen bed with hotel-quality linens, en-suite bathroom with shower bench, dedicated workspace and a peaceful retreat after a day in the mountains.
• Queen Room – Cozy queen bed with premium bedding, private balcony with mountain views, and ample closet space.
• Bunk Room – Perfect for families or groups, featuring two twin bunk beds with trundles, totaling 6 beds, a private balcony, and a retro N64 gaming system for nostalgic fun.
• Living Room – Spacious and inviting, with a pull-out couch featuring a 5-inch memory foam mattress, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV for movie nights.

Full access to all of the spaces! Please note the hot tub is seasonal and only open when the pool is not open, per local rules and regulations.

We have a property manager that lives 5 minutes away, but other than that you will get a Yale code before your stay.

No smoking and no parties. Maximum occupancy of 12 guests between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.
