Cute bungalow floor plan contains a king sized bed on lower level, as well as 2 separate full sized beds on the upper level; easily accommodates 6 people with 1.5 baths and a washer and dryer on the main level. The home is fully furnished, and includes satellite TV, high speed wireless Internet access, DVDs, board games, a dart board and a Foosball table for entertainment. The upper level also has a small TV and DVD player. This home also features a screened canal-front porch, a nice deck on the canal side of the house (with a large sliding glass door to the deck from the kitchen area), a small patio with a nice fire pit, a picnic table with umbrella on the canal side of the house, and gas barbecue grill.brbrA dock on the canal located right in your back yard is also available for your use; perfect for your jet skis or boat.brbrbrThe canal directly connects to the east shore of Oneida Lake, a 28 mile long, all-sports lake. Spend the day fishing, tubing, water skiing, jet skiing, or just sight seeing from the lake! The unique location of this home also makes it great for fishing right in your own back yard from the dock or from the bank of the canal; perfect for kids and adults alike. For those vacationers who are into more serious boating and / or fishing, you can travel the canal system to Lake Ontario, a well as to the Hudson River / NYC (approximately 225 miles).
