Going up one set of stairs will lead you to a master with lots of windows overlooking preserved greenbelt space and open fields, walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms that share one bathroom. Up a separate set of stairs is a great bonus loft that can be used as an office, den or overflow for guests. Off the back of the living kitchen area are 3 separate sliders that all lead out to your landscaped backyard with pool and screened in porch. A recently finished basement provides even more space to hang out, work out, or play rec games on a rainy day. All of this on just shy of 3/4 of an acre surrounded by preserve land. Located around the corner from bay beaches, as well as the Southampton Recreation Center with its tennis courts, gym, and summer camps.
