House has 20’ x 20’ seasonal sunroom, facing east, for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the morning sun. Full laundry facilities with soap and fabric softener and an extra refrigerator. We stock basic pantry items such as salt pepper, herbs, microwave popcorn, catsup, mayo, mustard. Weber BBQ grill. We do not limit paper towels or napkins. Two bedrooms and baths are in the main part of the house, and the third bedroom and bath are in a slightly separate area attached by a breezeway, which provides further privacy for different members of the party. brbrThe amenities include both a heated pool that opens on May 1 and that stays open until October 31. (The hot tub is available all year round.) Both the pool and hot tub are both located in a glass-enclosed structure with retractable ceiling and sides. brbrThe main part of the house has a well-appointed kitchen and dining room, plus a screen porch seating area for nicer weather. The living room with wood-burning fireplace and Smart TV is also in this part of the house, along with a piano for those who like to play. brbrUpstairs, the loft-style space houses the master bedroom with queen bed, and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower.
