The space
This beautifully designed split-level home features cathedral ceilings, light-filled living spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor living with expansive decks overlooking the trees.

*Traveling with a smaller group For parties of 8 or less, we offer a tailored rate of $850 per night (which excludes the Family Bunk Bedroom). Please mention this when requesting your booking.

UPPER LEVEL:

• Fully equipped kitchen with a separate walk-in pantry and stairs leading directly to the lower-level games room.

• Family Bunk Room which sleeps 5 guests with twin loft over a double bed & twin bunk bed. All single beds are suitable for children/teens.

The garage has been converted into a games space:

Other things to note
TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
• Nest thermostat (living room) is a single-zone system
• Upper level warmer, lower level cooler
• Use AC with windows/doors closed
• Please don’t run AC on lowest setting continuously
• Den has space heaters & wood stove helps heat the house

POOL INFORMATION:
• Open May–Labor Day
• Heating is charged separately (metered)
• Use cover overnight to retain heat

POOL HEATER & COVER INSTRUCTIONS:
• See printed House Manual
• Check-out - turn heater off & cover pool
