This beautiful and state-of the art 6,600 square foot home is located on the southern most point of Upper Saranac Lake on 5 acres, in a protected but large cove, 20 minutes from Lake Placid. It is wonderful for both Summer and Winter rental (See our video in this ad!). The house sleeps up to 20 people, has a large and beautiful great room with kitchen. We have recently added an outdoor hot tub, for up to 7 people that is near our fire pit for year round use. We also have a beautiful 24' Pontoon boat available which seats up to 14 people - please contact the owner about this if interested.
