Newly Renovated Penn Yan Apartment < 1 Mi to Lake!

This property is convenient to town, quiet and easy to access. The property owner was quick to respond and offered great tips for the area.

Loved the location! Our goal was to be 'downtown' and this was perfect! Quiet and almost secluded feel, but literally just a minute from stores/restaurants. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! Bathroom, kitchen, closets had all our needs. The posting says it has two fold out couches, this is not correct, there is one. The 2nd couch doesnt unfold, but could be from not updating post, as the couches were in great condition and possibly brand new. Really enjoyed our stay and would return! Communication from vrbo says to contact through them with Evolve. I dont recommend that, as that was tried with zero response. Thankfully I had previously received a text from Cynthia, and when I contacted her, she respnded back in seconds!

Great location! Clean and complete. Very difficult to find! Luckily, liquor store employee helped. Will be back next year!

Loved how close it was to all the things downtown. Literally a 3 minute walk for coffee, dinner, etc. I enjoyed how secretive the location was. There is a trail that runs beside it and got to observe everyone riding bikes, fishing, and doing their thing. The bridge right next to it lights up and is beautiful at night! The place is a very cute hideaway and is pretty quiet.The bed was fantastic and got a great night sleep in it. Night one we tried the couches in the living room, as that's where the only TV is. One couch pulls down, the other does not, so felt advertisement on the '2 double sofa beds' is misleading. The place had everything we needed otherwise, plus some! It posts that there is no AC but we were very grateful that is wrong and there was one hooked up. It was unseasonably hott during our stay, so super appreciated that!I had some issues with the door lock a couple times (getting in). I do not recommend contacting through vrbo as vrbo recommends, there is zero response. Thankful the owner personally messaged us so we had a back up to resolve the issue, which she was extremely/instantly quick to respond on. I would definitely stay again! It was perfect for our friends weekend out!

Fantastic spot in the heart of downtown Penn Yan. Walking distance to great shops and eats. Along the scenic outlet trail. Looking forward to coming back again. Excellent communication with the owner.

Enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled and very cute place. We were in the area for a long weekend and enjoyed being near to everything in Penn Yan and Keuka Lake! Will visit again!

The apartment was close to everything and just a short walk to restaurants. Very clean property and definitely recommend staying here.

We rented this apartment to attend a class reunion. We were pleasantly surprised with all that it has to offer. You cannot beat the location of this property. It is right on the Keuka Outlet Trail but still very private, almost hidden. It is located below a business but was extremely quiet and secure. Off street parking is provided. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and to all that Penn Yan has to offer from this location. The accommodations were clean and tastefully decorated, but we agreed the bed was one of the best features, so comfortable. Everything you could need is provided.

This apartment is tucked away in a small corner of Penn Yan NY. You could walk right by and never know it was there. Very spacious and plenty of space inside as compared to what you see from outside. Host was very helpful and kept us updated with our stay and was available for any questions. Nice and clean inside with everything you need. Area is beautiful and lots to do and see. You can literally walk across a small bridge and get to shops and restaurants within a few blocks. A short drive takes you to some of the finger lakes nearby that are amazing. We would recommend visiting and staying in this place.
